Why work with us
AV Building Services Limited is registered with Companies House for the construction and finishing of domestic buildings. We keep build and finishing trades under one roof, so nothing gets lost between contractors. The company is run by Anil Kumar Vemula, overseeing every project from first site visit to final handover.
Before you enquire
Do you handle planning and building regulations?+
We work to your approved drawings and coordinate building control inspections at each stage. If you don't have drawings yet, we can point you towards architects and structural engineers to get them prepared.
How long will the work take?+
It depends on the groundworks, the structural work involved and building control sign-off at each stage. You get a stage-by-stage schedule with the quote, agreed before anyone starts on site.
How is the work priced?+
Every quote is itemised by trade and stage, with materials and labour listed separately. Anything that can only be priced once we open up is flagged before you agree the job.
Will the same team be on site throughout?+
Yes. Build and finishing trades are kept under one roof, so the same team carries the job through and you keep one point of contact from the first site visit to handover.
Can you take on part of a project?+
We do. Plastering, flooring, decorating and fit-out work can be quoted on their own, including finishing work left behind by another contractor.
